Bookings with standard rate: reservations will become binding upon receipt of the deposit equivalent to 1/3 of the rent. Payment of the balance is recommended prior to your arrival. In case of cancellation, the balance (without deposit) will be refunded in full. In the event of unavoidable circumstances and / or extraordinary limitations, the deposit paid will be used for a future booking.
Early departures or late arrivals will not be refunded.
Bookings with a non-refundable rate: reservations will become binding upon receipt of the full amount of the rent.
Bookings with flexible rate: the full rental amount will be taken on the express date, according to the cancellation conditions.
